In entering the data for current moderate run swim and cycle, are the values that I need to enter what I can currently do right now or what I was able to do at the end of last season. I am doing only sprints and Olympic distance next year
You would input the distance of a swim workout (not long unbroken swim) that you are comfortable doing as your long swim workout each week right now.
