I'd like to ask you two questions related to mesocycles in base period. Based on your experience, do you suggest to generally increase volume in base period for 3 weeks and then decrease the volume for 1 week? Or is it better to increase volume in 2 weeks and decrease the volume for third week?
Is it generally better to increase volume in all 3 sports in the same weeks or is it better to distribute it to different weeks? (for example max bike volume on W1 and min run volume on W1).
