Last year when I was trainining with MAO for the Ironman in Roth I injured at Achille's tendon and I stopped with triathlon for ten month. Now I'm starting again to train but only swimming and cycling and I hope the next year I'll be able to run so I'll start again with my favourite sport , triathlon. I would like to ask you what is the best way to train now while I expect I will be able to run?
