Hi Mark and Luis
In the past with MAO I have done Performance Plans that typically were around 15-16 weeks and were for a HIM. If I remember correctly, I was doing around 5 weeks of interval type training leading up to the race. Is there any advantage of doing the full 20 weeks? Will I receive more "harder training" weeks or is there just more base building in the extra few weeks. This would be for either a HIM or IM. Many thanks!
