Hi Mike, glad to hear that your first ironman went so well! As for you question, yes two weeks between a half and an Ironman is just too close to do well in both and could lead to injury. How important is this race to you? If you are still feeling sore then I'm concerned it will come back. Probably best to do some pool running to substitute the land running and yes, stay away from speed and hills at this time. You do not want ahve this injury become something more of an issue.
