  • Environmental effects on target heart rate

    Things like heat, humidity, and anxiety elevate the heart rate, but what does that mean in terms of target heart rate? &nbsp; e.g. I'm calm and collected while training solo in Colorado, and then my agoraphobia kicks in at Kona. &nbsp;Will/should my race paces be slower than my training paces? &nbsp; Thanks, Thomas&nbsp;
