Last year when I was trainining with MAO for the Ironman in Roth I injured at Achille's tendon and I stopped with triathlon for ten month. Now I'm starting again to train but only swimming and cycling and I hope the next year I'll be able to run so I'll start again with my favourite sport , triathlon. I read a great previous thread in which Mark commenting that the some good ways to indicate you are ready to train again are:
-Do I feel good (normal energy, motivated, nothing big happening anymore with the illness)?
-Is my heart rate roughly normal during training (in short test it out type of workouts)?
