As a current or aspiring Ironman athlete you may ask yourself “how can I get the best out of my training time and maximize my potential?” Over the past years our coaching and training plans have answered those two critical questions for many athletes. With any program you sign up for through MarkAllenOnline you will not only receive what I feel is the best possible training available anywhere, but also the highest quality support via email from me and my partner Luis Vargas, who is a six time Ironman Hawaii finisher and a USAT Level II coach. We are dedicated to making your experience with triathlon coaching the best you can possibly receive.
We have two types of training schedules available to fit your needs. The first is our Maintenance Program, which is designed to help build and maintain a base of off-season fitness while still enabling you to recover perfectly to be able to slot comfortably into our racing program later when you are ready. The fee for this program is US$19.00 per week.
The second schedule we offer is designed specifically for you if you are training for a race in the next twelve to twenty weeks. This is our Peak Performance training program. It takes you through three phases of training (base, speed, and taper) and provides you with daily workouts including tips to help you gain the most benefit from each of these sessions. The program incorporates heart rate zones so that you will maximize your fitness gains, and also includes a four phase strength training program, tips on nutrition, mental focus guidelines, equipment checklists and more. The fee for this program is US$29.00 per week.
Each program is designed specifically around your individual needs, level of fitness and training preferences. Our custom training schedules along with the support you receive from us will ensure that you have your best performance at your main goal race.
