Overview
MarkAllenOnline co-founder and coach Luis Vargas brings brings his Triathlon camp to the east coast for the first time. Join him at the Somerset Hills YMCA in Basking Ridge, New Jersey June 13-15, 2008. Coach Vargas has hosted camps in Colorado, Florida and Kansas over the last few years but this is his first trip to the East Coast. This camp is a perfect opportunity to inmerse yourself into a long weekend of all triathlon. Coach Vargas will share his personal experiences as an althete and a coach. The camp is a perfect blend of learning with training at your own pace.

Cervelo will be at the camp and will bring their fleet of demo bikes. Campers would be able to do the Saturday morning ride on a Cervelo bike. Cervelo will also do a presentation on bike technology to campers.

Zipp Weaponry will be at the camp providing Their race demo wheels for the Saturday morning ride plus special purchase pricing for campers.

The camp will be geared towards athletes that are wanting to learn how to train properly in addition to improving their swim and run technique as well as their bike positioning.
Talks will have an informal feel. Some will take place during meals as well as on the field. Training sessions will be done on the most popular training routes. For dinner we will meet at some of the best local restaurants. The camp will not be a mega training weekend but there will be enough training for everyone. You can very well train at your own pace. A lot personal attention will be guaranteed as
the camp is limited to 15 athletes.

Luis Vargas Coach Vargas has resided in Boulder for 15 years and is co-founder and coach of MarkAllenOnline.com a
coaching service he established with Ironman World Champion Mark Allen in 2001. He has been a
multisport athlete since his teenage years when he swam and ran cross country
during the same season. Coach Vargas has raced as a triathlon age grouper for 20 years.
In his early 30's he was a member of Team USA at the Olympic distance and finihed the Hawaii Ironman 5 times with a PR of 9:34. He took a 10 year break from Ironman racing but in 2006 returned to Kona for his 6th finish in 11:25. He is a USAT Level II certified triathlon
coach and a USA Cycling Certified Coach.

| To get there from Newark International Airport exit the Airport and take ramp onto I-78 W. Travel 23.6 miles on I-78 and take exit 33 for CR-535 toward Martinsville/Bernardsville. Travel .2 miles and turn right at CR-525/Liberty Corner Rd/Martinsville Rd. Follow CR-525 for 3.1 miles and turn right at CR-525/Mt Airy Rd. Travel .5 miles to the YMCA. |
